Making 15,000 year-old Pottery in Sudan ✨
The first thing you will notice about Khartoum, are streets lined with pottery. Every few hundred meters large clay pots are placed, full of clean, drinking water. The Sudanese are very generous, they will put water in clay pots every morning for people to drink because it gets very hot. And the clay keeps the water purified and cool, even in the desert sun.
Join me in an incredible and spontaneous day as my friends and I learn about this ancient tradition that have been around for 8000-7000 years, from expert craftsmen in Omdurman, Sudan.
